I’ve just had the mixed blessing of a week without Internet service. I hope to be more mindful of the time I spend hopping from site to site for the next information “hit”.
What I missed were some of the inspirational, moving, fun videos such as this one. Thanks to the power of ten to Matt and the team that produced this video.
Ok, so I’m not a coffee drinker. But a friend told me about this ad that played during the Stanley Cup playoffs. To me, this is a wonderful sign of a changing consciousness. What if we all were so grateful for what we had?
So, it’s Friday night, I’m very tired, so tired in fact that it is easier to sit in front of the computer than it is to get to bed. Sigh.
Yet, I’m having lots of fun playing with Wordle. Wordle is a toy for creating word clouds. Above is the word cloud generated by my blog. Seems I refer to Brene Brown a fair bit. I’m seeing possibilities for poems and collage. And, more than that, I’m curious to sense rhythm in the words. In this moment “Love Spring” jumps out at me, especially as spring is so long in coming. Another look reveals “pain talks, pain knows”. Then I see, “rising, carry, deep”. That’s what I’ll take with me into dreamtime. “Rising, carry, deep” a rhythm for a day, for a night, for a life.
