After starting the day with ease and grace, I fell into overwhelm when I began to reflect on all the tasks that need to be done. Bits of paper to be collected ordered, totalled (yes, it’s tax time), files to be backed up, photos to be uploaded. Life moved from unity and flow to fragmentation and fluster within one or two breaths.
Then, as so often happens, this video found me, and I returned to my heart, my centre, my breath.
